We only collect personal information (such as name, postal address, email) when our customers volunteer it, such as while registering details for payment. Gem Privé is required to respect the privacy of your data, and we will only use your personal information if 1) you have agreed to receive emails excusive for purposes of customer care; 2) to ensure you have access to certain special information as our customer; or, 3) for general Gem Privé communication.
We shall neither sell your personal data to third parties nor market it elsewhere without your permission to do so. From time to time, we may intend to use your personal data for marketing purposes and/or disclose your information to third parties. We will usually inform you in advance of obtaining your data. It is always the decision of the customer whether to provide personal data to Gem Privé. If you decide not to share your information with Gem Privé, you may not be able to gain access to certain areas of the website such as online payment. There may also be an impact on the level of service we can provide you. However some information including, but not limited to, choice of browser, number of visits, pages viewed, etc. are recorded automatically. That data is used to analyse our website’s performance. No additional use of your data is processed nor is it passed on to third parties.

We make every effort ensure that it is protected from theft, manipulation, loss, distortion or any other material compromise.
